Allen Lindley is an Associate Broker for the CBI-Sunbelt office in Springfield, Missouri. Allen was raised on a cotton and soybean farm in a rural South Arkansas community called Clarendon. After graduating from Clarendon High School, Allen worked for a local retail lumber and hardware business which he later purchased and owned for 10 years.
The lumber and hardware business then led Allen to Three States Supply where he worked as a territory sales manager. A promotion to Branch Manager brought him and his family to Springfield, Missouri. During this time, the store was awarded “Branch of the Year” for 3 consecutive years in 1998, 1999 and 2000. Under Allen’s leadership, the Springfield Three States Supply was the first to reach one million dollars in sales in a single month. With sales experience primarily in building materials and construction, Allen is uniquely qualified to serve this part of the business industry. Allen has been married to his wife, Michele Rogers, for 44 years. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Their son, Rob, is a high school principal in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Their daughter, Lesli, is an occupational therapist in Conway, Arkansas. The grandchildren are the joy and pride of Allen and Michele’s lives. They are active members of Second Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri.
