Heather Mincks joined CBI-Sunbelt in 2006 and serves as the Office Manager for the Springfield, Missouri office. Heather grew up in Owensville, Missouri, where she graduated and then moved to Springfield, Missouri, to attend Evangel University and to be with family.
Heather worked in healthcare for several years, starting at Frene Valley Healthcare in Owensville. After moving to the Springfield area, she became an in-home aid for Oxford Healthcare. She later decided to transition to a career in business. Heather is enjoying working with CBI-Sunbelt and is looking forward to continued growth with the CBI-Sunbelt team. Heather and her husband Steve have a son, Kayden, and live in Brighton, Missouri.
